Getting concrete out of the ground can be tough. I used a floor jack, a masonry drill, a tire iron and a chain to pull it out.

This was more than a simple gate adjustment — the gate was badly damaged and needed to be rebuilt, realigned, rehung, and tested so it worked reliably again.

Sprinkler Manifold Supply Conversion

This customer’s sprinkler manifold was connected to the hose bib, which was leaking.

Instead of just installing a new hose bib, I modified the plumbing for a permanent solution.

I added a shutoff valve, a tee for a direct connection to the manifold, and a blowout valve inlet.
